After a robust recruitment process, Hockey Manawatu is excited to announce Lathainia Lowrie as our Performance and Pathways Manager.  Lathainia will be joining the team in the new year, and is looking forward to helping Manawatu develop a sustainable performance programme which leads to success at national tournaments.

Lathainia joins Hockey Manawatu from Sport Manawatu, most recently holding the position as their Active Families Advisor.  Through her work with Sport Manawatu, and previously Netball Manawatu, Lathainia brings with her a wealth of sport sector knowledge which will assist her in making an immediate impact. 

Utilising her experience in the sport sector, and as a Coach and Coach Developer, Lathainia will be responsible for the U18 and NHC representative campaigns, implementing the senior academy, and ensuring the overall hockey system is fit for purpose and continues our regions proud tradition of developing world class players, officials and coaches.
